2022 Year Report

This is the first year we filed taxes as a non-profit. Because we are a small operation, we’re able to fill out the short version of a lot of forms. It was simple and easy, thankfully!

We paid $371 in sales tax to Illinois for 2022 from the artwork we sold. We still need to file our Illinois Non-Profit report to Illinois and that will cost $10. Other than that, our federal tax info is submitted and good to go.

Look how much our income keeps improving each year!!! Our income increased by 55% in 2022.

It’s a true testament to our strong community. We won a couple small grants throughout the year but the vast majority of our income is donations from individuals.

Our expenses have increased as well but they are still within budget. Our store has no debt and continues to prosper. Thank you to every single penny y’all have contributed.
